"Tibetan cuisine has not yet made its way into the mainstream in the United States, which is truly a shame. I highly recommend coming to this restaurant with at least two people so that you can try a variety of dishes. We enjoyed the Ting-mo, shabhaley, shambala curry, momos, and Pan-fried basa fish. The Ting-mo is similar to Chinese mantou, but beautifully braided. The shabhaley is a delicious blend of an empanada and a Chinese dumpling. It is a special menu item that comes highly recommended for good reason - crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The momos can be ordered in a combination to sample multiple varieties in a batch of 8, and are just as juicy and flavorful. The Pan-fried Basa fish is served on a hot plate with a sweet and acidic sauce, along with plenty of garlic and greens. Calling it a taste explosion would be an understatement."
