"Dining at this establishment this Christmas proved to be a generally pleasant experience. However, the taxidermy ambiance scared the children. Notably, our request for a medium steak resulted in a preparation leaning towards medium-well—a detail worth mentioning, particularly given the specialized focus on steaks at this establishment. Also, when my 75-year-old uncle received a kid's burger it added an interesting aspect to our overall impression."

"We constantly try new places and this was super disappointing. Waitress was terrible and uninterested, seemed upset. The second round of drinks we ordered did not charge us for them), and MIA. Louie?s Steak was well cooked, but absolutely tasteless the same price as Steak at Carnivore but half as good). The only redeeming part of this place was the long haired bus boy. He gave us more attention and was WAY nicer than our waitress, so I tipped him more than the waitress. He should take her job, he's an absolute rock star."
