I visited this morning at 7:30, and the place was eerily quiet; I was the first customer, even though they had opened 30 minutes prior. I took a seat at the counter and was warmly welcomed by a cheerful waitress. As I browsed the menu, I enjoyed a cup of coffee that was surprisingly good for diner standards. I ordered the full Sage Slam, which is reminiscent of Denny's breakfast, and it turned out to be quite tasty. The pancakes were satisfying, and while the eggs were meant to be over-easy, they came out closer to medium—definitely not ideal for someone in a button-down shirt. However, the bacon and sausage were cooked to perfection! Just a heads-up, they are undergoing construction, so it might look like they’re closed from the outside. Overall, I rated it 7/10 and would definitely go back."
