"If you're into super fast food that feels almost like cheap frozen meals, then this place might be for you. In my opinion, it's overly processed. The bao buns are made well, and the filling tastes good, but it feels like the ingredients are not fresh and are quite processed—everything kind of blends together, so it's hard to identify what you're actually eating. The bowls are small, which is fine, but they are drenched in heavy sauce, and there's very little meat. The vegetables taste like they came from a giant frozen bag. Given the similar prices to places like Cava, Sweetgreen, or Chipotle, you would expect something better. Unfortunately, the best way to describe it is that it’s very processed and low quality, though it is definitely flavorful."
