"clean, firm lunch place for great pho. I ordered the veggie spring rolls and vegan pho and everything was perfectly boiled (and I come from the family of the cook) eating came under 10 minutes, but the restaurant was also practically empty at 12:30. very friendly waitress talked me through the menu when I told her that it was my first visit to make great recommendations. no forks on the tables so they come with their chipstick qualities. I just moved to pittsburgh and glad I found this place early because I will be many paints back!"
