"**Food:** The tortas are fantastic! I particularly love the Torta Cubana, which has a delightful mix of meats and incredible salsa. Next on my list is the Milanesa or Pierna. Their beef flautas are delicious, and the tortilla soup is amazing! *They now serve the sauce and chips separately, as you can see in my photos. Their salsa bar, featuring three salsas, grilled chilies, and lemons, is top-notch!
**Price:** Prices were better in the past, but now that they’ve gained popularity (along with inflation and minimum wage increases), prices have gone up over 25%. This is especially noticeable with the smoothies and juices.
**Service:** From my very first visit, I noticed that their customer service didn't match the quality of the food. The cashiers seemed eager and welcoming, EVEN ON MY MOST RECENT VISIT. However, I did see what appeared to be a manager who was short-tempered and spoke rudely to two employees. I’ve experienced similar situations several times at the State College location. The Tustin location seemed friendlier and less rushed. I speak Spanish, but it’s noticeable that there may be some bias against non-Mexican/Latinx customers. I understand it’s Mexican food, but non-Mexican/Latinx people might want to enjoy it too, so it would be beneficial for their staff training to include customer service for a diverse clientele. Overall, their food is some of the best in OC, and their orange salsa is a must!
**Spanish:** La comida es muy buena, especialmente las tortas y flautas. La salsa naranja es la más picosa y los jugos tienen buen sabor. El precio es algo alto, pero vale la pena. El servicio podría ser mejor. ¡Recomendado! Like Rev."
