"**Update 10/15/2023:** The experience remains outstanding. I ordered the Golden Dragon again, along with the Crazy Dog and Spider roll, all of which were superb. I think the Golden Dragon is my favorite, but it's a close call between that and the Crazy Dog; both are incredibly good. As for the Spider roll, I’ve tried many variations at different places, but I always find it reliable here—they prepare it excellently.
I also had the teppanyaki/hibachi grill on my previous visit before 10/15, which was enjoyable too. Our chef, who I regretfully can't remember the name of, mentioned he was also a drummer. He was a really nice guy, did a fantastic job cooking, and provided great entertainment. Hibachi isn't usually my go-to, but I thoroughly enjoyed it here.
While the price for dinner is somewhat higher than average for Butte, the quality makes it very reasonable. Sushi typically costs more than standard American fare and it’s definitely worth it here. The staff—including waiters, counter chefs, and hibachi chefs—did an excellent job overall. The food is wonderful and reasonably priced for sushi. I look forward to continuing to return and trying more items from the menu."
