"However, my experience was marred by the poor service I received from the hostess/cashier, who was very rude and unpleasant. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but it honestly came across as a bit racist. When my order was ready, I was sitting by the door waiting for it, and I asked if that order was mine. She curtly told me it wasn’t.
I patiently waited another 10 minutes, only for her to eventually walk over and hand me the same order that had been sitting at the register since I had first inquired about it 15 minutes earlier. At that point, I was confused and frustrated because she had wasted my break time. This type of treatment really put me off. It’s not a good way to treat customers, especially with a pending health grade."
