"Everything about this place was fantastic. We had a bit of confusion when we first arrived about how to order and where to sit, but we eventually managed to place our orders from the buffet (1 meat, 2 sides, a drink, and dessert for just $9!). I chose the chicken, macaroni, potatoes, and cinnamon cake with lemonade. The chicken was incredibly moist, and the bread was delicious. The macaroni was wonderfully cheesy and tasted homemade, while the potatoes, although not as flavorful, were still good, as was the seasoning. My friend ordered the pork, which was a bit dry, but the sauce was excellent for offsetting that dryness. He had the same sides and felt similarly. We both tried the cornbread, which was surprisingly thin but very tasty; my friend even declared it the best he’s ever had. The cinnamon cake was also delightful. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d love to try the banana pudding!"
