"By far the worst Jamaican food I’ve ever tasted. Visiting from the Bronx and I must say everything was HORRENDOUS! From the customer service down to the food. After standing at the counter for a few minutes, a female staff member came near the front from the back and proceeded to wash her hands without a greeting then returned to her phone call and/or texting and then disappeared. A different female finally approached and acknowledged us the counter without a greeting asking what we would like to order. Cabbage was only supposed to be omitted from one meal yet it was omitted from two. One meal should have been a small but we were given a medium. Once we ate the food I was disgusted. Jerk chicken should be considered jerk chicken without sauce or gravy. With the right seasoning, you don’t need sauce. Also to place the sauce on the chicken without asking was annoying. Why not place it on the side or at least ask the customer? Nothing like Brooklyn or Queens jerk. Definitely nothing like jerk from JA. To receive burnt, tough rice was the icing on the cake. The burnt rice pieces mixed within the rice was an insult. Not stepping foot back in here ever again and I mean it with a passion! Let all my friends and family know as well! Your hard earned money shouldn’t waste at a place like those!"
