"I was born and raised in Colorado and I have yet to find a place in Washington with what I consider true Mexican food. I consider Cactus Fusion Mexican . It 's not bad, but not authentic to me. Nevertheless, my family likes to eat there. We ordered the ancho chicken tacos, deep fried camarones (shrimp) tacos and the jalapeño shrimp grits. For appetizers we order the queso and the chips and salsa. Be aware that they do charge for each basket of chips. Tacos are good and standard (2 per order) and they come with rice and black beans. The menu is found by scanning a QR code. I screenshot the dishes that we ordered and then took photos of our actual dishes for a fun before/after comparison. We have visited both locations in Bellevue and Kirkland and both locations are dark and loud but that is not necessarily and a bad thing. They are nice and comfortable."

"This is our fourth cactus location that we've visited. Its absolutely a family favorite restaurant and the Madison Park location was on point. We had seven people in our party with a walk in and got sat immediately. Every single member of the stuff that we interacted with was wonderful and all of the food was perfect. We had all sorts of mods and they got all of it correct and out in a very timely manner."

"We visited this restaurant on a Sunday and were surprised to find a brunch set-up, which we decided to try. Unfortunately, the food at the brunch was not the best as much of it seemed to have been sitting out for a while or needed to be replenished. The brunch included a small salad bar, omelette station, dessert bar, and one soup, along with the usual Mexican food options. There was also bottomless mimosas and sparkling wine available. Despite the food not being the best, it was filling and our waitress provided excellent service. The restaurant also had multiple TVs, which was great for us football fans. I would visit again, but would skip the buffet and order something made to order instead."

"Even though the food might be expensive, you get so much value for the food it almost feels impossible to finish. The dine in has significantly more food then the takeout, but the food was really good other than the tortilla felt a little cold and undone but other then that it tasted great. You can mix and match the rice and beans and even though the vegetarian options are very limited, there is still variety and the live guac and unlimited chips and salsa are always really nice to have. Overall I would recommend just be prepared to see lots of meat on the menu so you might have to ask for a vegetarian menu, they were very accommodating to our allergies and restrictions though. The drinks were really good too, as they are constantly serviced them."

"I ordered the chicken taco salad. I thought it was really good. I had to add a pinch of salt but I really enjoyed it. I don't like salad dressing on any taco salad so I add fresh lime and some sour cream. And have gone back several times for that salad. I have noticed some Mexican food is bland they add a lot of spices but not salt... But that's on you to add what else you like to your food. They have the best shredded beef hard tacos. Service is amazing and every time I have to call in my order everything is exactly what I asked for. Thank you all for your hard work."

"Clifton was a great place for vegan options. They had quite a few choices, vs most restaurants that offer 1 if you're lucky. Staff was lovely, and very helpful. Also had cigars which was a wonderful touch. The atmosphere overall was great. That being said, I wanted to LOVE this place and give it 5 stars, but not 1 dish knocked it out of the park for me. Every dish was definitely good don't get me wrong, but I didn't get the amazing that I was hoping for based on other reviews I've seen. The chickpea sliders was a little plain, the garlic in the pesto on the mushroom flatbread needed to be pressed with salt prior to addition so that it didn't have that raw flavor, the cauliflower coating didn't match the bbq flavor of the dish. The sundried tomato bruschetta was probably the best thing we had. If I were to return it would probably be more for the atmosphere of the patio, cigars, and martinis (which are all great , and I'd enjoy an appetizer as a complement to those other great things they knock out of the park;"

"It certainly wasn't the worst Mexican I've had in Springfield but I had high hopes because a lot of people say it's just great. However, they say that about another Springfield classic who shall remain nameless and I think that place's food is inedible. I had the fried tacos, which is a little misleading. I had in mind a taco rolled up then fried, but all it was tacos in a fried flour tortilla instead of a corn one. It was okay, I had the shredded beef, which was also okay. The food seemed to be fresh, like it was probably made there, just not a whole lot of flavor. And I don't mean spicy, though that would help, I mean...garlic, onion, cilantro, salt, something. The service was okay also, I sat at the bar as it was a pretty busy lunch, and it took awhile to be acknowledged but the guy was friendly enough and competent. Nothing really stood out in my mind as really great or really bad. I might go there again, if I hadn't found another, better place on the other side of town."

"This has been by far the worse customer service I have ever seen. I arrived to the To Go counter waiting on my order, after 5 minutes of no one coming to provide help (even after a few of the people in the kitchen looking directly at me) one older guy that didn't speak English approach and said in Spanish One minute After waiting for a few more minutes I walked to the bar area to see if I could grab someone's attention and finally saw I assume the manager...Female) a female walking out the kitchen. I asked her for help and before I could explain about the order she replied, I'm too busy I can't help and walked back into the kitchen.Now at this point, I'm on fire. So, I go back to the To Go area and wait again, this time a waiter (Young Guy) walked up. I asked him, could you update me on my order please, he replied Can't you see we're busy bro, I don't have time. So now this has sent me in overdrive. We both exchanged words about me not knowing they were short staffed and to watch his tone. He continued to say I don't car bro, it's whatever.A few more minutes of the back and forth and he walks off, waited on a table. The manager lady walks in and I asked her one more time about my order. What did you order she replied, I told her it's an online order... Oh that's on the table in the front I then asked it would have been nice to know that's where it would be and not in the To Go area since I've been waiting here. She replied, Well we're busy and whatever take your food and go"Her and I went back and forth and after a few choice curse words, I gave all that energy back to her, took my food and walked out.Now don't get my wrong the food was good but that customer service sucks. I would never be back, not that that matter's but I'd strongly recommend they get a different staff in there, or hire people that would come to work.P.S. I really don't care for a refund, it's the customer service that needs help big time."

"We were seated in an area that had almost no lighting despite the fact that we made a reservation and they knew we were there for dinner. We were also seated in an area near two parties which were too loud for our taste given the physical limitations of the area in which we were seated. Our server never smiled and did not seem like she wanted to be there. She spoke very little and we had to repeat any requests we made. The food was BLAND pretty much across the board with the exception of a salad dressing (Mango) that my wife had. My steak was overcooked and chewy. It also contained lots of sinue making it difficult to eat. I had been to this restaurant 10 years ago and the food was good but now they seem to be making up for lost time."

"Had dinner here on a Friday night with friends. An antique car show was happening in town and everything downtown was packed including the sidewalks as folks were lined up watching the antique cars cruse main street. We had to wait an hour for our table but that was true of every place in town (if they would even take your name, some places were not even taking walk ins at all). The food was good and offered an interesting variety compared to the TexMex that I get back home. The fish tacos were a big hit at our table and certainly no one went away hungry."

"I've always passed in front of this place and the smell coming out of it has always been incredible, so I have it a try. It's good food. The lentils soup was delicious. Same for the tacos. My arrachera steak was fine, but in some spots it was extremely salty. What was not good was the service. They were kind enough to sit us outside, but then they forgot about us. I had to go inside and ask somebody to come take our order. Never provided salt, pepper or hot sauce, so I had to grab some from a table of some people that left before we arrived. Not sure what happened since there were about 4 tables busy in total. I found it a little bit pricey too, but maybe it was because of the service quality which provided a not so good experience."

"Very disappointed with the service at this restaurant, from the moment we walked in (a party of five) the hostess was nowhere to be found. A young female waitress took us to 3 different tables but the sections were closed. We got seated on a table of 4 but the waitress said it was ok to add an extra chair, which we did. Until another male server with a rude attitude told us that we couldn’t seat there. At this point my family did not want to eat at this restaurant. I spoke with a male manager by the name of Stand/ Dan who came to offer us the bigger table next to us, which previously was denied to us without a reason. This business is disorganized poorly managed. I explained the situation and the discomfort of the terrible service on a Friday night 10pm. My family and I left to eat elsewhere. This place is not worthy of my business."
