"I originally planned to order the classic Portuguese Carne Alentejana, but I was quickly drawn to the specials board. The half rack of lamb with shrimp and two sides for $18.95 was too tempting to pass up. The shrimp sautéed in garlic was cooked to perfection, and I have to admit, I couldn’t resist dipping my bread into the delicious garlic oil! The rack of lamb, which I ordered rare, was cooked flawlessly—tender and with a lovely char on the outside. For my sides, I chose Portuguese fries and rice, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the rice was. The service from the bartender was friendly, though it does get quite loud in here when it’s busy."
