"The front desk attendant was wonderful! Although I didn’t catch his name, he was incredibly kind. I called ahead to place an order for 10 extra crispy hot wings to be picked up at 4 PM today. Unfortunately, they weren’t ready when I arrived. However, I was compensated for the wait, which was a lovely gesture. It’s rare to find establishments that take full responsibility for their mistakes and still make an effort to compensate their customers. The customer service skills of the gentleman who assisted me were exceptional. A few days ago, my friend had tried them and I’ve been craving the wings ever since. They were fantastic—definitely the best hot wings I’ve had! Would I go back? Absolutely, yes!"
