However, don't overlook this spot; it's definitely worth a visit for its refreshing twist on classic dishes, like the Toad in a Hole! I highly recommend trying the Truffle Shuffle. It's made to order (I opted for sunny side up) and features two eggs smothered in shiitake mushrooms, accompanied by a wonderfully light summer salad, two slices of smoked bacon with Parmesan, and delectable toast. The Savory French Toast is another must-try! It consists of a thick slice of French toast topped with lightly sautéed kale in a creamy white sauce, complemented by a delicious slab of pork belly. Absolutely delicious! This place is truly a hidden gem in New Glarus!"
