"I cant give it a zero but would if I could. Firs off this branch is NOTHING like other branches I have been to. I went through drive-through and placed my order and paid for it with no problems. This was approximately 7:15 pm. I proceeded to drive home (after having been moving all day). Get home and sit down to eat and realize that the 2 original chicken sandwiches and the surface and turf combo with coleslaw and a medium spritehad somehow mysteriously morphed into a 4 piece box of chicken with a small mashed potato with gravy and a medium uncarbonated sprite. I drove back and attempted to go in dining room apparently they were understaffed so badly they couldn't have it open even for issues such as mine). I was forced to go through the drive-through and wait behind approximately 10 cars. Upon arriving at the speakerbox I explained their error and they had me drive forward. They ASKED FOR THE 4 PCS OF CHICKEN BACK. Now in my understanding of food handling this is not something restaurants are allowed to do once the food has left the premises. Correct me if I'm wrong. They then gave me a second sprite which was as nasty as the first one. I finally said I'll settle for a coke which was fine. By now it's 8:30ish. They handed me the replacement food and I drove home... AGAIN. YES i checked the order. My wife and I sit down to finally eat. She opens her coleslaw and it was so spoiled I could smell it from like 3 feet away.....ruined my appetite. I am now livid. I drive back again only to find that again there's 10 or so cars in the drive-through. I get to the speaker and ask to speak to a manager. I get to the window and there's an 18 or 19 yr old who I KNOW is clearly the shift manager and not the store manager who by the way stood right behind this guy the whole time. He stated Whats the problem I handed him the coleslaw and said open that and smell it and you tell me what the problem is. He stated he wasn't going to do that and only offered to replace it to which I said I didn't want a replacement but wanted a refund because this was my third trip to this location in the last 2 hrs and they not only couldn't get the order right but they were also serving spoiled food. (Why aren't the food protocols followed)? He kept insisting he would only offer a replacement coleslaw. I began to curse him out I shouldn't have I get it) They threatened to call the cops and I told them to that I would wait for them and drove away and called corporate after I finished moving."

"1st of all— I come to this location frequently because the food was usually always fresh mainly the customer service is always excellent. Not last night. The lady— SHIVANI working the window HAD THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE. They have a 3 for $5 deal. Went to order she says no it’s only thru the appok fine. No big deal. I asked her was a I able to grab it from the drive thru or come inside? She act like she didn’t know what I was saying. Anyhow—I placed my order pull to the window— I explained that it wouldn’t let me select my pieces she tells me the pieces are already set leg, wing thigh). I let her know I don’t eat thighsshe says ok would you like a breast. I say yes please. She comes back to window stating I couldn’t bc it’s more expensive..mind you it was only $1 upcharge. And it doesn’t even reflect that on the receipt) When she could have just led with that instead of telling me what I can’t do? It’s ONE dollar? I say ok then can you just cancel it I’ll order just a regular combo where I can pick my own pieces. She gets rude asf, telling me again what I can can’t do? At this point I’m irritated cause why are you trying to give me a hard time about some damn chicken???? So I told her ok I’ll just cancel it thru the app then she goes or we can just charge you an extra $1 for the breast. Again YOU COULD HAVE LED WITH THAT INSTEAD OF MAKING IT A BIG DEAL? She proceeds to gaslight meI let her know she was being a bit rude. I asked for a manager cause at that point idc to deal with her. She starts getting loud telling me there is no manager there... mind you it was only 8pm. So I start getting loud. I asked her if she was new cause I never seen her at all before she says no she’s been there just never seem working the front or drive thru which makes sense cause her customer service is terrible) I was actually baffled with this experience because I’ve NEVERRRR had a terrible experience like that with this location. Everyone is usually pleasant accommodating. Will be up there today. They need to keep her ass in the back if she’s willing to argue with customers about chicken???? Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"
