"The French dip and Philly cheesesteaks taste more like hamburger than their traditional versions. The waitstaff seemed indifferent, even with customers present. While the menu is more upscale compared to other places in Brighton, the quality of the food doesn’t seem to match the higher prices they charge."

"Well, we came inside and we got ignored for 30 minutes and had 3 tables come in after us and get served. Obviously they are lacking in leaders and good management because it was a bunch of kids and they didn’t care about giving good service in the slightest bit. It’s a very nice building but the service and timing is awful. I’m not even being dramatic when I say 30 minutes without a drink or a menu. Do better this is completely unacceptable as a business. I am a waitress and bartender myself so obviously I am very understanding but like I said that’s unacceptable never have a I looked at a table and walked past them without severing them for 30 minutes, train your servers better have an older member on duty to keep you restaurant in check. These are basic duties when running a restaurant I would have done better if I was working there myself. What a joke lol."
