"I watched as the staff member used a spoon to stir my black coffee, so I asked if that spoon had been used for other drinks. She confirmed it had. I informed her that I can’t eat gluten and expressed my concerns about cross-contamination. She told me that after each use, the spoon goes into a container of ice to rinse it off, but I still worried about possible cross-contamination that could jeopardize my health. I ended up paying nearly $5 for a drink that I ended up pouring out. Now I'm on my way to find coffee somewhere else because I couldn't trust the cleanliness of the spoon. The staff member didn't seem to care, and I give this place a 0-star rating. Who knows, maybe the ice was clean, but I wasn't willing to take the risk. She probably didn't understand how serious gluten intolerance can be, yet she continues to serve food and drinks to customers. I’d rather lose $5 than get sick. This will be the last coffee I ever get from here."
