"I visited this location on June 8, 2021, marking my second trip during the pandemic. I initially thought the poor quality of their cookies during my first visit was a one-time issue, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Once again, I found the cookies disappointing. I ordered the semi-sweet cookies with nuts on both occasions, and they were consistently limp, undercooked, and greasy. They individually wrap the cookies in Saran wrap, which makes me wonder if they do so while the cookies are still hot. When I unwrap them, they fall apart due to their undercooked consistency, and they're so thin that I can't believe how lacking they are in quality."
