"The other dishes were just strange; the chicken tikka masala was a bright pink-orange color with coconut in it and tasted more like dessert—so sweet it was almost inedible. It seemed pre-packaged, with a paste-like consistency that reminded me of eating thick, sweet, pink paint. There was no spice in any of the dishes. The lamb bhuna was especially disappointing, tasting mostly like lightly fried onions with just a bit of meat thrown in.
We asked for the bill four times before finally receiving it, even though the restaurant wasn’t even half full. I initially thought they were taking their time to do something special because I mentioned it was a birthday, but there was no special treatment at all. It was just a slow service for no good reason. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience with bad food."
