"In my mind, Atlas Kitchen can do no wrong. I've been here 4 times and left very happy (and full) every time. The interior is clean and relatively spacious. Prices are very fair too!Some of my menu standouts:Crispy Whole Fish w/ Green Pepper: A must-order for me. The fish is very flavorful throughout and the meat inside is so tender. Yum!Sautéed Sliced Beef w/ Cilantro: This dish has been served to me hot and cold. When it's cold, its incredible- so refreshing and light!Sautéed Eggplant w/ Salted Egg Yolk: Incredible and so flavorful!! The savory egg yolk paired with the soft eggplant... Wow..Braised Fish Fillet w/ Chinese Sauerkraut: Great for sharing and the tart flavor really comes out! This was a bit spicier than I expected but tolerable."
