"I'm giving a 3 instead of a 1 because the location seemed to be having some staffing issues the day I went. Me and my family (4 of us) went for lunch inside. Ordered at the kiosk. Order took 10+ minutes to make. We didn't have a huge order, but like I said they seemed short staffed. Got our food, we had no straws for the drinks, had to get up and find straws. Sat back down to realize I didn't have a fork for my bun-less burger (gluten sensitive). I got up to look if they had any out to grab, I couldn't find them. An employee was cleaning up out in the dining area and I asked them if they had any forks where I could grab one. He said go ask the person at the counter. I stood there and no one seemed to notice I was there. The person I asked about the fork then walked past me and into the back and started talking with another staff member. Nothing about me needing a fork. He then grabbed his coat and left his shift, me still standing there. I stood there for at least 5 more minutes before someone said oh your order will be right up to which I corrected them that I just needed a fork. She looked at her station and drive thu, no forks. She had someone go in back to grab more. They didn't have any. Didn't have any knives either. So I asked for a spoon so I could eat my burger patty with something besides my hands. I understand in this industry these sort of things happen so I wasnt greatly bothered. The employee that helped me by telling me to go ask at the counter, that then walked by me still waiting and then just got his coat and left after chatting for a couple minutes did bother me. That is just poor customer service. He couldn't be bothered to make sure that I was helped at all."

"I wish I could give zero stars. I visited this McDonald's location about an hour ago and was immediately put off by the cashiers' attitudes, which is why I had stopped coming here before. Today, I went inside because the drive-thru staff wouldn’t provide condiments and were rude. The cashier inside was polite, and when I asked for a side of tartar sauce, he wasn’t sure but said he found a button for it. I ordered a #1 meal with extra Big Mac sauce. They made the Big Mac but mistakenly put the tartar sauce on the sandwich instead of on the side. When my order was called, the employee just dropped the bag on the counter without any thanks or acknowledgment. Of course, the order was wrong. I explained that the tartar sauce was supposed to be on the side, but she said they can’t give out extra sauce. That wouldn’t have been a problem if she hadn’t become rude when I asked for a new sandwich. Things got unpleasant, especially when the manager, Sha, responded with a smart mouth over a simple mistake. The cashier might not have known better, but all they had to do was remake the sandwich politely. Instead, her attitude led to me cursing at her. I got a refund and told her where she could put the sandwich. I won’t be coming back. This manager clearly needs customer service training. I’m sure McDonald’s University wouldn’t approve of the poor service this location has clearly mastered."

"I then called the person who was supposed to receive the burrito meal, and she agreed to switch it to a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit meal instead. When I reached the window, I saw the manager was busy with a cash register shift change. I overheard him tell the girl that the second window would just need to be informed about the order change. I waited while he switched the cash tray, but when he finished, no one communicated the update to the new person at the window, so we had to go through the entire process again. When I got to the second window, they had no idea what was happening, and I had to explain everything all over again. Frustration set in, and I expressed my dissatisfaction with their management, pointing out the lack of communication. I eventually received my beverages and was asked to move to a waiting area. In all the years I’ve dined at this McDonald's, regardless of how busy it was, I’ve never had to wait for my order until recently. A different manager eventually brought out my meal and explained that although I had already paid for my burrito meal, they had run out before I arrived. I made it clear that this didn't excuse the chaotic experience I had upon my arrival, and I was frustrated with having to wait in a parking spot for my order once again. It’s apparent that whoever is managing this store is seriously dropping the ball. The only employees who seem committed to providing decent customer service are the frontline workers; the management appears to prefer arguing and making excuses. There are plenty of other fast-food options in the area, and from now on, we’ll be choosing those instead. I've never had to wait for an order at those places. Moreover, if an order is completed through the app, items should not be allowed to sell out before the customer arrives to pick up their order."
