"I ordered a cake five days ago online and went to pick it up. I called the phone number on the website and wasn't in service. So I didn't have to call her. after ten minutes waiting time, they told me that the cake was in another place and I had to drive there to pick him up. I had no communication from them and had to change my plans to get a cake. I called the second location no less than 10 times and her phone mailbox was full. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of ability to communicate via phone or e-mail with both of these facilities and they do not know that my cake was located at a completely different place from where I ordered it. now I'm going all the way through the city, hoping that the cake is over there, without being able to really confirm! update: after driving through the city my cake was not there. a nice gesture, I suppose, but since they had just called it, I would have been helpful to communicate. overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and a simple call or email on its part would have been appreciated."
