"The food met my expectations and was good overall. I ordered the spicy mango chicken, which was warm but a bit dry—probably why it came with so much sauce. The "spicy" mango flavor seemed to be just a spicy sauce layered on top of the mango sauce instead of a blended sauce, so I would likely skip that option in the future as it wasn't what I anticipated.
The tofu was quite good and may be the best I've had since moving to Austin a few years ago. I've often struggled to find decent non-fried tofu at Chinese restaurants, but this place delivered. My only real issue was with the sauce; it felt excessive, as if the dish was swimming in it. The chicken, noodles, and tofu were all piled on top of a salad and were covered in sauce. It seemed like they went overboard since I didn’t specifically request dressing. By the end of the meal, it was a bit overwhelming, like I was drowning in dressing.
Next time I visit, I’ll probably ask for less sauce or try a different option to see if that improves the experience. Overall, it's a decent spot, but the sauce situation kept me from giving it a full five stars."
