"Our server had a noticeable attitude throughout our visit and didn’t check on us at all. It felt like she might have been upset that we didn’t order cigars or something else, but her demeanor made the experience uncomfortable. When we wanted to make a small change to our order just a couple of minutes after deciding, she wouldn’t allow it. The server was a mixed-heritage woman with black hair and a fuller figure, but I can’t recall her name. This was my first visit, and it’s likely my last. The burgers were the highlight of the menu, especially after sending mine back to be cooked well. I had heard that the atmosphere here was great, and it seemed nice, but the service really set a negative tone for us. Also, be aware that they serve their burgers medium by default and automatically add a gratuity, even for a party of just two."
