"I come here often to pick up drinks for my coworkers and I. I was having a long day at work and was telling one of the workers about it. She had suprised me an act of kindness and it made our (my coworkers and I) day. On a side note, the drinks are always fresh and taste delicious too!"

"The location offered samples of a new pistachio drink. After trying it, I changed my mind from my original choice (I wanted an Oleate) and decided to go with the pistachio drink instead. The staff were friendly and polite, but they could benefit from more training in handling customer inquiries about dietary restrictions. When I asked if the new drink contained dairy, they said no, but I later found out that the foam was made from milk. Additionally, when my wife ordered both her drink and mine, I went to pick them up and only received my drink; they forgot to include her cup of coffee. The music playing wasn’t what you typically expect at a Starbucks. Instead of the usual vibe, they were playing their own selection, which included a lot of Latin hip-hop known as Reggaeton — not exactly pleasant background music for a coffee shop experience."

"Ordered a simple tea venti extra lemon and honey took over ten minutes while a customer behind me hadn?t ordered yet but his order was already being made by barista that seem to know him ask his drink after I ordered he payed his drink was ready in the front also a tea I seen the worker making very unhappy with service I asked for a refund on my drink and cup I purchased and got slight attitude from another worker who seem to be bothered over me asking for a refund after my order was taken long never going here again never had this type of service at any Starbucks. at the time I over heard another customer upset over waiting also but for over 30 min while others received there drinks don?t go here."

"The bathrooms had an unpleasant odor and were quite dirty, and there was no soap available either. The overall cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. My coffee tasted burnt as well. The staff was friendly, and I have no complaints about them. However, I wouldn’t return due to the state of the bathrooms and the lack of cleanliness throughout the place—there are plenty of other Starbucks locations to choose from."

"This is a fantastic spot to settle in and get some work done, as the atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. I totally understand the frustration over the occasional unexpected closures. From what I've been told, these closures tend to be short and are mandated by law. However, it would be better if the place could remain open more consistently when workers are available to manage it properly, rather than opening under less than ideal working conditions."
