Do you know what happens to rice noodles when you leave it sitting in boiling hot soup for a delivery ride? They arrive so soggy and broken up that you can barely pick them up to eat. Every order of any type of rice noodle soup the noodles have always come packed separately. Always. If you care for the customer enjoying the food you make you would pay mind to this small detail."
