"I haven't been here since 2016 when I was in town for six months. As soon as I got the word that I went back to the east coast, this was the first place that came to mind as a MUST visit. The service here is amazing. The bartenders are super friendly and very helpful. The crowd is great and a great mix of military, locals, hotel guests and some business people. But the REAL reason I came here was Crab Cake Platter! I have tried dozens of other places to find the perfect crab cake in Baltimore, but none have come close to her. I am not sure what it is that this is different from the rest, but I find it to be longing for myself. I literally stayed the night in a nearby hotel to see if it was as good as I remembered. IT WAS! Totally the pretty high price tag. Every time I'm in this place, I'm back. Visiting one of my favorite places in the country."

"The waitress seemed new, had no clue what a dirty martini was and we had to suggest that she go ask someone. Then she came back and asked what kind of “vodka and gin” I wanted. The bartender made a decent first one but with no olives. The second one had olives but was way too strong so I needed to request extra olive juice to even drink it. Waitress never came over to see if we needed tea or water refills."

"Never a bad meal here, and of course the beer is great as well. Today I had the Pork and Grits with black eyed pea salad. It was excellent, too bad the portion was a bit small for the price. "My wife said her mocktail was the favorite she has ever had. I liked it as well. The focaccia was absolutely phenomenal and the herb butter was delicious I absolutely would love to have more of it! The burger was really good, above average, I prefer a little more crunch on my smash burgers and the onions I prefer grilled over an onion jam but overall it was really really good. The fries and garlic aioli was out of of this world, super crispy and super salty and the garlic aioli I couldn’t stop dipping them in it. My wife enjoyed her scallops as well with kombu sauce, asparagus, peas, and onion. Overall this was a great experience in a beautiful restaurant. We would love to come back and visit the bar again and enjoy more offerings for sure!"

"Despite our server's sweet and apologetic demeanor, she struggled to manage several large tables at once. Our interactions with her were delayed and infrequent. During our first visit, we were moved to a table near the loudspeakers. On the second visit, we placed our drink and food orders right away. Finally, as we requested our check, the manager stepped in to help deliver our meals. The menu offered very few options, but my salad and the chili were both substantial and flavorful."

"I don't know how I missed eating at this great place for so long. We had some very good corned beef and cabbage, potato leek soup and cinnamon bread pudding, accompanied by a Guinness a real pub meal that we thoroughly enjoyed. Great service, friendly folks. It was rainy, so we ate inside, but they have a huge, inviting patio. We'll be back."

"Made my reservation week in advance and called as well to request outdoor seating. Made our reservation later in the evening as well. Arrived and was told another couple had been waiting minutes in bar area and that was the last outdoor table they had. After reserving a table a week in advance they sat us brightly lit person table. Not the ambience we had been looking for! (Hence the reservation) The gentleman the front told me there was no way I reserved an outdoor table because he had been there all week. He was a tad rude. A little disappointing as we came from out of town to celebrate a special occassion. All in all the food was good (our time dining here). A shame that they chose to accomadate a couple sitting the bar with no reservation over a couple who had made one in advance. Duly noted!"

"Most types of art are considered. You can see and admire, maybe touch. But this is my favorite. It's kind of meoke dip, and you get to eat this masterpiece; spinach artichoke dip to start, and the super pizza to finish at Carbone 's in Mound This bathroom has brought us on a trip. The hearty "curves went so well with the thick, gooey, three cheese mix. I might have liked some bread, but the chips were good when a spoon was used. The super comes with double crust I don't know what that means totally, but it kept good at the hard-on toppings. It was hard to cut, but I didn't complain too much. But the flavors... woah. Salami, sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, a bunch of vegetables, garlic and extra cheese naturally. This pizza is for the adventurous eaters who want to try everything! Carbone cleanses and takes care of the business again. Great place for the Fam, a group or even a date"

"I called this restaurant a week in advance, spoke with a owner, reserved a table for 17 . .. so surprising when we all arrived a week later the restaurant had no recording about our reservation. fortunately, it is a great place and they cloged us at high peaks (not what we wanted) in the second floor. service was pretty good considering that a waitress was assigned to us. She's got it right. but the service was slowly understandable, I think we would have asked for a second waiting staff, but should they not have known? overall, eating was disappointing. but it's beach food. because it is a great space, it is not difficult to get and her meal. it is a good place for children and families."

I called this restaurant earlier today because I am new to KETO and asked if their Buffalo chicken wings were Keto friendly... a lovely woman named Lily answered the phone and took the time to find out the answer for me, which was YES! My husband, father, mother, and I went to the restaurant tonight for my mother's birthday and to our surprise, Lily was our waitress! I asked her about a keto-friendly drink and she not only asked the bartender but also took the time to google it herself! She patiently explained the menu, recommended delicious drinks that my mother loved, and was kind and attentive. The food was delicious, the drinks were amazing, and Lily made my first experience at this place exceptional. I will definitely be coming back again and again! Well done, Copper Top staff!"

"The food was significantly underseasoned, and the steaks were overcooked. Additionally, the restaurant had run out of several items on the menu. I ordered a medium rare bacon-wrapped filet mignon, but what I received was a medium well steak topped with bacon bits. The mac and cheese was completely flavorless, and the soup was served without the avocado that was supposed to be included; I was informed they were out of it. My date ordered a medium rare steak as well and received one without any pink in the middle. The only highlight of the meal was the bread. Given what we got, it hardly justified the price of our bottle of wine."

"Booked a reservation at 7:45 (out of town birthday) for a live band event. Waitress seemed like she had never served before so we bared with her a bit. Ordered a few drinks and were brought flat coke (multiple times after informing them it was flat (not enough carbonation). We were apparently seated on the dancefloor and had to move for the band coming in. Band was supposed to start at 9pm and at 10 minutes to 10 the band was still not set up. Restaurant was NOT very busy at all and that should have been my first red flag but we gave it the benefit of the doubt. We had a better experience at the Cheeky Monkey next door."

"We have eaten here a few times. I love the casual of the restaurant, where you are told sit where you want we follow you. In some restaurants this may mean you may have awhile before we wait on you, not here. The service is fantastic. Not only do they wait on you immediately, they check on you several times to make sure all is okay and not just the person waiting on your but others come by to make sure food, service all is good. This is extremely rare in a restaurant. We have had the all you can eat fish on Friday and it is some of the best we have had with a real beer batter fish. Yesterday I had the chicken salad plate which came with fresh fruit and warm pita. The chicken salad is the best I have had, the fruit was a nice mix of fresh seasonal variety. So good. The atmosphere is that of a pub/bar with lots of historic photos. A true winner ."
