"Copper Monkey is a well known bar and restaurant here near Gainesville/Jonesville that has been around a long time. The food was delicious and beers were ice cold. It's with disappointment that I have to write this bad review, but something has changed in the past few months and it's not good like in earlier times. Our appetizer and dinners were terrible last night. We ALWAYS order the fried gizzards. This time the entire wax paper was loaded with grease. They were hard and chewy like rubber balls. Nothing like they used to be. I ordered their new homemade Buffalo Mac and cheese with medium chicken strips. There was barely any sauce on the strips. What made it worse was the Mac and cheese was very dry. The blue cheese crumbles in the middle were melted. The inside of the food was hot while the outside was cold. A big clue the entire meal was microwaved . Spaghetti and meatballs were average at best. There was an odd square of melted mozzarella cheese on top that also looked microwaved. Why not just sprinkle some fresh Parmesan? We also ordered two ****** Mary's and two draft beers. The beer was cold, but for $8.00 per ****** Mary we would expect some fresh garnish. Instead we each got an old flat piece of celery. Our waitress assured us the Assistant Manager behind the bar knew how to make a great drink. It tasted ok but nothing better than I could make at home. We will not go back to this restaurant unless their kitchen gets overhauled and starts serving food like in the past."

"We are total fish and chip fiends but were sadly disappointed by this place. Fish was good but fries were cold and stale tasting. We asked for fresh fries and they brought hot but stale fries. They were terrible. At $23 a plate it was not worth it at all. It took 15 mins for the server to get to us and another 15 mins to get a Luke warm beer. The salad was way over dressed. It took us a very long time to get our servers attention for most anything although I'm not sure if it was due to understaffing. All in all we won't return to this place and do not recommend it for those seeking fast service, cold beer and tasty fish and chips."

"I 'm staying at the Best Western right across from the establishment, so I decided to try the food. I called in to place my order because I 'm just not feeling peoplely . To my total and utter shock I waited on hold for 23 minutes, so I walked over. First checking to see what could possibly be the hold up. there was about five tables and an almost full bar, I did see a sign stating they had a company party. A female bartend said I 'll be right with you and continued her conversation then walked down the bar. I asked a young man who was holding up the wall for the manager he promptly got him. I showed the manager that I called to place a to go order and I was then told the soup was shut down and I responded, I would know if I wasn 't left on hold. The manager nice and understanding said if we still have some I will be right out with it. Took him about 2 minutes and he was right out, I tried to pay but he gave it to me on the house. THE CREAM OF CRAB SOUP IS A HIT, gonna have to grab a bowl before checking out. Even though the hold was long I 'd give them a second chance. Parking: Had plenty of parking."

"Enjoyed a tasty dinner here the week before Christmas. The decor is awesome love the traditional Irish pub ambiance, antiqued ceiling and windows. Service was responsive and friendly and the food and drinks were good but frankly, most you could make at home if you know your way around a kitchen. What was exceptional? The Reuben egg rolls were fantastic and the fish and chips were some of the best I’ve ever had plump and tender, perfectly crispy fried and battered fish. Sandwich prices were on point but the entrees were way overpriced. #Milton, amiright? I’d go back for the fish and chips and those Reuben egg rolls, but just for a special occasion. Until then, I’ll make my shepherds pie and pot roast at home!"

"This restaurant is fantastic and very child-friendly, especially in the earlier evening hours. We were looking for a place to eat and drove past some popular restaurants, but the traffic was insane, and there wasn't a single available parking spot. We decided to turn back and search elsewhere when we remembered this place. We're so glad we did! There was no wait for a table at 6:00 on a Friday night, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. This is definitely our new go-to spot!"

"The Pub in the Park is a fantastic spot to check out. The clientele is pleasant, and the bartenders are both friendly and attentive. The food is excellent as well; I’ve never had a bad meal here. I recently celebrated my 30th birthday there while also fundraising for charity, and Jen did an amazing job setting up the venue. The owners were very accommodating, and the staff went above and beyond to meet all my needs."

"The experience was disappointing. The service has declined significantly, and there’s a clear lack of efficiency in the kitchen. There was a noticeable indifference from both the servers and the kitchen staff, which was quite unfortunate. I used to find this place reliable, but due to these issues, I’ve stopped going with my friends. I've tried many of their dishes, but the quality just isn't there anymore."

"Awesome job on your ultimate failure Phil. No kids menu, no changing table in the men's room (STILL!! its 2022 man, come on) You got the last of my cash tonight. My family will not be enjoying any of your restaurants again, not that we enjoyed them much in the first place. If you want to cater to the old retired rich crowd and think men cant shouldn't a change diaper is cool, then by all means keep on doing you. just remember there's if you want your business to last and pass down to your kids there's a lot of us gen Y and even more gen Z that demand basic things at a restaurant. If you want no kids, then put up a sign."

"Sunday brunch was so disappointing. We love Celtic Crossing, but this time, even with a reservation, it was an hour and a half before our food arrived. It was a good 30 minutes after we sat down that we even got some water! Hopefully this is not the norm for Sunday brunch now. We'll give it another try sometime but not real soon."

"$23 for 16 wings is quite expensive! I’m willing to pay that because the wings are fantastic, but I expect to receive the full 16 wings! I ordered 4 packs of 16 wings, but only 2 of them were correct. The other 2 packs only had 13 wings each. I feel cheated because of a counting error! That’s a loss of over $8.50! I placed my order on Friday for Super Bowl Sunday, so it’s disappointing that this happened, especially as a loyal customer."

"We were looking for live music but unfortunately, the Piper Pub didn't have any that night. We decided to grab a bite to eat instead. I ordered the elk burger and it was delicious! My wife got the veggie burger and both burgers were huge. The prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend this place for some good food. Hopefully, we can visit again when there is live music playing."
