"The host didn’t provide us with menus, so we waited a while for our server to notice us and bring them over. It might be a good idea to have the host hand them out to avoid delays. Our server, Jasmine, was wonderful—attentive and friendly throughout our visit. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that they have a full gluten-free menu, which made our ordering process a bit longer.
I ordered the Corned Beef and Cabbage, while my friend, who has celiac disease, chose the sirloin steak. The corned beef was absolutely tender, the creamed cabbage was delicious, and the potatoes were nice and chunky and creamy. The sirloin was cooked to perfection, and the vegetables had a nice al dente texture. While the presentation of the steak could use a bit of flair, the flavor was on point.
The wait for our food was quite long—enough time for us to enjoy two drinks—but it ultimately proved to be worth it. We spent the time chatting and making the most of our experience. Overall, we had a lovely time at The Blarney Stone, and I highly recommend it for a refreshing Guinness and some exceptional corned beef!"
