"We come to Loft a few times a month and all were amazing to this day. The server we had was a young lady with dark hair. ve had a server since we started here. It wasn't really busy that she didn't run any of our food, which would be okay, but I never have the things I asked to go with my meal. I put our empty glasses on the edge of our table after looking past them a few times, without asking us if we need anything else to call them. To be honest, I heard they interact with every table around us, but don't even ask if we need something like our food or if we need another drink."
