"We always look forward to our weekly treats from the Allentown Market, especially when they’re from Khanisa’s. A coworker of mine planned to serve Khanisa’s pudding at her Thanksgiving party and wisely checked a week in advance about pre-ordering. A gentleman at the counter told her it wasn’t necessary. However, when we visited the market on the Tuesday before the holiday, most of the pudding was already sold out—which is understandable given how delicious it is. My coworker reminded the same gentleman about his earlier comment on pre-ordering, but he responded unprofessionally, saying he didn’t like her attitude and, “When we’re out, we’re out.” While I can’t fault the quality of the product, I do hope the staff receive better training in customer service."
