"Everything from service to food was above my expectations. We sat in one of the Yurts (upscale igloo) outside (party of 5). The decor of the Yurt was beautiful they even had blankets hanging for the guests. My only piece of feedback is to have a better space heater as yesterday was a really cold day and could have used a bit more heat. We had burrata, crab rangoon dip, seafood chowder and the caseser salad for apps. 10/10 for all apps! For dinner we got the bolognese with homemade pappadelle, salmon dish, chicken pot pie (not in a pot), Steak frites and a kids fish chips. Again all meals were a 10/10 even the kids fish and chips was fantastic, oh and the sweet potato fries, maybe best I ever had. Lastly we tried both desserts and had an espresso martini and a hot cocoa with screwball whiskey, all delicious. Disclaimer, we had LOTS of leftovers but we wanted to try a lot of things!"

"We booked this venue because we thought it would be a fun place to celebrate New Year's Eve, but our experience was disappointing. Our waitress was overwhelmed with too many tables, which made it difficult for her to check on us frequently. I requested two different bottles of champagne, both of which were unavailable, and it took a third attempt before we finally found one that was in stock. When our food arrived, it was cold, and there was no dancing or excitement for the New Year's celebration. Considering we spent $600, including a $400 food and drink tab, it just didn’t feel worth it. I would recommend visiting on a regular day instead, as I left feeling underwhelmed by the New Year's Eve experience here."

"First let me say the food is fresh and tasty the place is very well kept and clean and that's always good as a health code inspector you need to know your surrounding when you're eating out.. The young men who made my tacos was very friendly very nice and patient but unfortunately I was asking for ranch sauce and not the salsa sauce and he must not have heard me and said they were over by the table when I went to the table they were only salsa sauce not the ranch sauce so I went back to the counter and asked for a ranch sauce and the older Indian gentleman said oh you have to pay extra I said okay no problem I will pay then he made a fuss about it and said well I can't give it to you now cuz you already paying I said I don't mind paying for it again apparently he must have felt bad about the situation he slammed they half a cup of French sauce on the counter and said here you go and I think that was very rude I will not be eating at this establishment again because of that type of behavior over some simple wrench cup of sauce that could have just been given to me and I could have paid for it."

"The name caught me off guard at first. Upon entering, you're welcomed with a cheerful "Welcome to Moe's," which I really liked. You have to check the entire menu at the entrance. I decided to try one of the bowls: Earmuffs with chicken for $7.69, along with a drink for $2.09. As you move down the line, you can choose your ingredients. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. They also have a nice touch with complimentary chips and salsa with any order."

The ambiance was lovely, and our server, Perla, provided excellent service. We really enjoyed the cocktails and had a pleasant experience overall. However, we did have one small issue: the host had a noticeable body odor. We picked up on it as soon as he seated us, and every time he approached, it left a musty smell in the air. It was somewhat concerning that no one, including the manager, seemed to notice, especially since they had multiple conversations right in front of our table. "

"The service at this restaurant can be inconsistent. Yesterday, during the national burrito Day promotion, it was chaotic. Mobile orders were taking more than two hours to fulfill, the walk-in line was long, and orders were being called out randomly. Eventually, they started writing down names of customers waiting for their food to return another day and receive a free queso as compensation. Today, we returned and while the staff seemed a bit grumpy, we were able to enjoy fresh burritos and queso, which were delicious. Despite the slow day, the salsa station was messy and one of the drink machines was out of order. There was also food scattered on the floor, giving the restaurant a less-than-clean atmosphere."

"I recently ordered catering from Moe's and was very impressed. The online ordering process was simple and convenient. When I arrived at the restaurant on the day of the event to pick up my order, everything was beautifully packaged and a staff member helped me load it into my vehicle. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. The only thing that was missing was napkins, paper plates, utensils, a serving spoon, and tongs. Overall, it was a fabulous experience and I will definitely use their catering services again!"

"I? ve come to this moe?s since the location opened more than 15 years ago. It's amazing downhill. You hardly get a protein in your Burrito or Quesadilla. I just mean a little spoon of meat for a huge Burrito tortilla. I'm sure it's the same for the tacos, nachos and bowls. It seemed as if the workers were overwhelmed, although there was only one father and son lying before my children and me. There was also a woman waiting on the register, and went out after she gave the woman behind the counter a piece of her mind. I have no idea what I won? Some people today like to pull out hedge in public. The table tops and seats looked dirty, as the space was properly cleaned in a long time and the self-service soda machine also needed a serious cleaning. I don't know what happened to this place, but that's rough. If it continues, we will visit another location."

"I ordered three burritos from this restaurant. I ordered the Moo Moo Mr. Cow burrito for my child, but unfortunately, it did not come with the cookie and soda as expected. The burrito had three pieces of steak in it and was mostly filled with cilantro and cheese, which was not to my liking for the price of $7.25. My daughter was unable to eat it. The other two burritos were not labeled, so we had to open and cut into them to figure out which was which. Our order was poorly packaged, just thrown into two brown bags. We did not receive our salsas for the chips. On the positive side, our order was delivered promptly."

"I love Moes and I will always love Moes but, I miss the old Moes. Moes used to have a lovely atmosphere. Workers greeting you at the entrance with an enthusiastic, “Welcome to Moes!” Now, every-time I walk in it is silent. I can’t even remember the last time Ive been greeted enthusiastically there. They’ve rebranded to modernize; adding a new logo, new furniture, and a new color scheme. It’s ugly! I miss the visuals of instruments on the walls made of foods. I miss the corner booth next to the window I always sat in with a big group of friends. The food is still good, but, Moes will never surpass the level it was at before. Bring the old Moes back!Highly recommend the queso. It is the best."

"I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. There were five employees on duty, and I was the only customer in line, yet the place was in disarray. The area around the food stations was dirty, with grease and remnants of food scattered around, which is quite unappetizing. It's essential for them to maintain cleanliness in such areas. I also observed one of the male employees throwing food at a coworker multiple times, which is unprofessional. Another worker remarked that the guacamole looked like baby poop, further indicating a lack of decorum among the staff. While the food itself was tasty, the restaurant seriously needs to improve its cleanliness and address the behavior of its employees. Since food is served in front of customers, maintaining a clean environment is crucial."

"This used to be my go-to place for a nice fresh tasting meal. Totally not what this place is anymore. The prices have skyrocketed, the portions have shrunk and the quality of the cook is non existent. Tried twice in the past 2 months to give them another shot, never again. -Disgusting looking store with food on everything and trash overflowing -employees on their phones behind till instead of helping new customers. -Rice was crunchy for all 4 items ordered both times, veggies soggy and tasted old. -Undercooked chicken and course feeling ground beef (like there was sand in it) -Chip bags are less than half full when buying cups of queso and had 3 totally different color of cooked chip and murdered with salt (undercooked white, burnt brown and stale yellow) Will not be recommending or returning. "This moes is quite literally the worst one I have gone to. They consistently run out of food two hours before closing and the staff is so slow and inefficient. I have tried to give grace and think it only happened once but I was mistaken. After trying to give second third and fourth chances there is no comeback. I want them to be better however it seems that a restaurant without food is a failing one."

"The grilled steak is the best in this Mexican fast casual segment by far. That?s really all they have going for them. When I asked for extra meat the three scrappy pieces I got felt like a real scam. The customer service is enough to sell you the food but nothing special. Tables were dirty and the ?hot sauce? table all tasted like sweet apple sauce. I?m not coming back."
