"The restaurant itself is quite nice, with great ambiance and decor. However, when it comes to the food, we were expecting amazing steaks for the price we paid, but out of the five of us, one steak was more burnt than anything else, and the others had little to no seasoning. I have to say I was really disappointed by the food. Our server, a young woman, was not friendly at all; she barely spoke to us, seemed more interested in chatting with her coworkers, and quickly dropped off the menus before walking away. On a positive note, the DJ and bar area provided a fun atmosphere! I just wish the food had lived up to our high expectations. My $19 Caesar salad was also a letdown; I've had much better salads at pizza places, nothing special here. I definitely look forward to coming back for the music and dancing at the bar, but not so much for the dining experience next time."

"Bobby Q is my favorite BBQ place in Arizona. Although this is the first time we visited this particular location I immediately recognized the friendly atmosphere and excellent service that is so typical to this chain. The staff was extremely responsive and attending. Great communication! The ribeye we ordered was a little raw but we send it back and it was taken care of in a prompt manner. The reason I give this location 4 stars is because the beef ribs and the steak were lacking a little bit of flavor compared to our usual go to Bobby Q location. Nonetheless the desserts were amazing and after consuming a full rack of ribs I couldn't resist the dessert we ordered. So delicious! Can't recommend Bobby Q enough. Love it and I wish them a lot of success in the future as well!"

"The lamb chops were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. I chose lemon potatoes as my side dish, and I was very satisfied with their flavor; they were both tasty and filling! The food was fresh and served hot. My only issue was that I requested tzatziki sauce in the comments, but it wasn't included with my order. This was disappointing since the meal came with pita bread, and it felt like a missed opportunity not to have tzatziki for dipping. I'm not a fan of A1 sauce, so I was really hoping to have the tzatziki instead. While they do offer an option to order tzatziki separately, it costs over $6, which seems quite excessive."

"Absolutely inept. they've had technical difficulties with their credit card machines and internet access and food availability for months now while other branches seem to be doing just fine. Interior dining room has been closed forever because they lack the ability to hire and train qualified staff. I've had problems with my orders 5/6 times, but they are the only BBQ close by my work. I hope this place get sucked up into the next mega storm to hit the town, and that the lunatic today who was surprised that I showed up for my order that they didn't make or have gets thrown back to Florida where he belongs.Obviously, this franchise either gets no support from corporate or is only half able to stay alive being the only BBQ place on Old Fort for several miles. There's a reason why they are always dead, and it isn't because the food's bad."

"I had some really great BBQ that I haven't had in a long time without making it myself. I don't usually feel motivated to write reviews, but today was exceptional. I appreciated the effort the staff put into trimming the fat down to almost nothing—no one even asked them to do it! The meat had a nice smoky appearance and was leaner than usual. The sweet BBQ sauce at the table was delicious, along with the tomato vinegar and spicy sauce, which I also enjoyed, though I personally prefer the sweet one. The staff was friendly, and the entire place, including the bathroom, was clean. Plus, the service was quick!"

"Walking in I had high hopes for Butcher Bar. The red Sangria was amazing, queso was pretty good as well. The problem started when our main didn't arrive 30 minutes after finishing our queso and the waitress came over and asked us how are meals were. Are you kidding me? We watched her walk over to the manager after watching her look at our ticket and entering it into the system. It was clear she forgot to even place our main with the kitchen. Yet, she came over and told us the kitchen was simply delayed to the rush and we ordered a 12oz steak they take a while. Again, are you kidding me? People around us who arrived 45 mins after us were getting their meals and I've cooked a steak it doesn't take over an hour. Our reservation was for 7pm and we didn't start to eat our main until 8:45...yes 8:45. On a positive, the waitress gave us complimentary corn bread and offered a free dessert. But by the time my meal came it was too late for me to enjoy it and the fact that she lied and blamed the kitchen was pretty bad. The food overall was good but I tried my BFs steak the wait wasn't worth it. Go to a steak house if that's what's you're after."

"This is the second part to my other post. The other Ryan Bashor here is also me . I just have such a long review that it would not post it so I had to split it into two and use both of my accounts. The last thing I would like to review on is the fact that you can't get a hold of Boston market and any other way except for to call or send a letter in the mail. And when I called there was a queue, and they asked me if I wanted to save my place in line, and they would call me back when it reached my turn. And they did not, but I do understand it was Thursday which was Thanksgiving Eve, then today was Thanksgiving, and tomorrow's Black Friday so I'm probably going to have to wait to try to call again until Monday. But there is no way to contact them via email, or like an online chat to talk to customer service. No matter where I look no matter what I searched I could not find any email, or customer service connection that wasn't a phone number. But yeah this is my first Thanksgiving meal ordered through Boston market and unfortunately I think it might be my last. The turkey was amazing though it was super juicy, tasted amazing, and I used to work at the deli and customer service and I'm pretty sure that this is the same exact turkey breast that we used to slice up for the deli meat, and I'm not complaining cuz it was really yummy. But yeah if you read the other review by Ryan Bashor, that's also me."

"We waited to be seated for over minutes before we decided to leave. Know one even came to greet us or to let us know how long the wait will be. Waiters and waitresses walked passed us without greeting us. We let the bar maid know that we were waiting to be seated. She went to let someone know and know one still came to greet us. There were other people who came before us who were waiting that said the exact same thing. There were tables piled with plates the whole time. There were no seats for guests to sit at while they waited. The lady in front of us told me it was like this when she came before. On top of that it wasn’t even busy. This place is obviously poorly managed. I would not recommend anyone to go their. In fact I would do the opposite and let people know about my experience. I will never attempt to go here again. Thank you, for nothing."

"I'll start by saying that this might have just been an off day for the restaurant. However, I've never encountered such tasteless and poorly seasoned food. The okra was indescribably bad, and the mac and cheese was simply horrible. I ended up giving the mac and cheese and okra to my pet rats, which says a lot. As for the half chicken? You’re better off buying one from Costco. In fact, I attempted to eat the chicken but found it unappetizing. I plan to remove the flavorless and burnt skin, de-bone it, and give it to my dogs instead, as it doesn't seem suitable for human consumption. Dietary advice: If you enjoy good food, it's best to avoid this place."

"This was my first time here.. for $26 the beef ribs were hard burnt and dry no meat they could of left the two bones connected. (Minus a star) chicken quarter was good, sauce was good. I'm a Fox's Brothers fan but I do venture out. Besides my own of course, I'm very picky when it comes to food. For beef ribs there really should be meat on the bone not burnt up hard crusty meat. Ijs, I don't mind spending my money the mac cheese was good but you only get this little small container. My order was beef ribs, chicken quarter and mac and cheese. If I order only one side of mac and cheese with no other side than the mac cheese should of been doubled. (Since it comes with two sides). And there was no bread after being asked repeatedly what kind cornbread, white bread or wheat bread. I selected white, I also waited 40mins everything should of been there. Two many people in a small space. You guys have good BarBQ and a nice sauce I will be back it may be with light camera action. For the young lady behind taking orders much love you were always courteous no matter the person."

"This was my first experience ordering from this restaurant, and I had a craving for a pulled pork sandwich. I'm happy to say the sandwich exceeded my expectations. It had a generous portion, accompanied by delicious pickles, and I also enjoyed the coleslaw. When placing my order, I had several BBQ sauce options to choose from, but I opted for the original. My only regret is not being more adventurous; I wish I had chosen a sauce with a bit more kick. Nonetheless, I was very pleased with the sandwich.
