The shrimp were a tad mushy, which is the only downside I found. On the other hand, the Camaron Aguachile Tostada brings a fiery kick, featuring smooth pieces of shrimp in a vibrant green chile sauce—it's a cold and refreshing appetizer. The Tacos Gobernador, a secret menu item that everyone knows about, are a delight. These jumbo shrimp tacos are packed with cheese and fried to create a crispy outer layer. They come with a side of smoky, spicy black salsa that has just the right amount of heat. I absolutely love Mariscos Linda. Their food is unapologetically authentic and delicious, prepared exactly as it should be—full of flavor and spice. If you can't handle the heat, grab a glass of milk and still treat yourself to something from the menu!"
