"Scam Alert Our Paella orders were messed up leaving half of our group eating seafood they did not want instead of meat. Eating my own paella I had the uncomfortable experience of eating three mouthfuls of salt. Apparently chef added salt not stirred. My mother’s fish and potatoes, the boiled potatoes were still hard. This should have been noticed in the kitchen when cutting it to serve. Lastly and egregious a service charge was added to the bill. It was 20%, I let it go because service was very good. But when the bill came back for me to sign it asked for a tip and gave suggestions of of 15%, 18%, 20%. This guy is a scam set up to catch unsuspecting dinners and cheat them. Will never go back to this restaurant again."

"Girls weekend. We walked in and took a big deep breath to soak in the amazing smells. Rosemary, charcuterie, you knew it was going to a good night! They sat our group of 6 at a big table, family style bench seating. We had planned for 8 but 2 had last minute things come up but the table would've worked still. We ordered a pitcher of the Cava sangria. I loved that the server opened a fresh bottle and poured and stirred it into the pitcher of fruit. Ice was already in our glasses. Brilliant and not watered down already. We ordered a lot on the menu but our top favorites were the eggplant berenjenas con miel. We ordered a second plate and almost a third. The trout trucha Al horno entree was incredible. The skin was perfectly crispy and flavor was delicious. Loved the scallops vierias which were cooked perfectly. Later we got the recipe for the eggplant. It made that kind of impression and the overnight milk marinade process seemed very doable! Dessert was special and they recognized our birthdays with a small cake and candle. Very nice touch! Anita was a perfect waitress and took great care of us. Such a lovely evening of food and good conversations and perfect way to kick off our weekend. Highly recommend!"

"We attended on Flamenco night. The show starts at 8:30 pm and our reservations were at 9. We still got to enjoy most of the show from a distance. There is a cover charge to get closer to the stage. The servers were excellent! Ignacio helped us with our food choices and recommended an outstanding wine. We loved it so much we took two home. The food was extremely good and the presentation was wonderful. We started with appetizers: cod croquettes and jam croquettes. Delicious! We had a platter of Serrano ham and Manchego cheese. Very good. Along with a plate of tomatoes and onions. Very good too! Main entree: one that is off the menu and the garlic grilled chicken. Both were very delicious and worth repeating on another occasion. The desserts: Tartara Santiago, Crema Catalana, and Maria Crackers with a dulce leche. Outstanding!!! All of them. Can’t wait to go back."

"Tonight was our seventh dinner of the year at Guardado's, and they never fail to impress. Our family's go-to dishes include the pinchitos, mashed potatoes, paella negra, tortilla espanola, and trout. I also recommend trying the sautéed vegetables, NY strip steak, trout, and ending your meal with flan or the chocolate mousse cake for dessert. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I always leave feeling completely satisfied, but in the best way possible. This place continues to be my favorite restaurant in Maryland, perfect for celebrating birthdays, graduations, or simply enjoying time with family and friends. A big thank you to Jesus, Jacob, and Reyna for their outstanding service every time!"

"I've been to Pueblo twice now. The first time was for a friend's birthday dinner and the second time was for brunch on Easter. My first visit was so great that I had to come again. The food is delicious! It's a bit pricey in my opinion for each tapas option, but they do taste yummy. I'd eat here more often if the pricing were a bit lower. The service has been great both times too. The servers are very friendly and attentive. My favorites menu items are the Montadito de Costilla (this short rib dish is so flavorful), the Ceviche de Mariscos, the Queso Fundido (I normally don't like goat cheese, but this queso isn't gamey tasting and it's nice and creamy), the Pato (citrus-brined duck breast), and the goat cheese cake (again I can't believe I like it, but it's actually not gamey and it really is yummy). Both times I sat outside and the heat lamps kept our party comfortable. It'll be a while until I come back, but I would definitely recommend it to friends for special occasions."

"Made for a special lunch. I took my mom here for an early mother's day lunch and was super pleased with the service and the food. The owner took time to explain our wine choices and offer samples and explain what certain items were and where they originated from. We shared 5 items from the Tapas side of the menu and had lots of food. I would order everything again except for the calamari which was dry and bland. The flan for dessert was amazing. Will certainly plan to go again!"

"sangria could be a decent restaurant, but eating is not on the spot. All we have ordered could have been better prepared by me. two of us have fajitas. they were just not good. the bark in the fajitas was not a good meat cut, not properly cut, and not well seasoned. they had live music that should be great. I was so excited when they set up, just to be disappointed, how loud the music was. Live music at a small place needs only minimal amplification. they blow the music too loud for the room."

"Has not been in a year or two and found that the quality of the food and the service had deteriorated. Very disappointing. Two of us were dining and we ordered the tapas specials where we each had three different tapas and a dessert. The croquettes were too mushy. The arugula, salad unremarkable. The risotto fair. The paella was predominantly rice and the amount of shellfish meager. Desserts will probably the best thing on the menu but not spectacular. Service slow; Too bad Because it used to be a fun place."

"Completely over priced Mother’s Day buffet….which was not advertised on the website. I can even get over the cost and being forced into a buffet but the food and options were not good. They brought us French dressing as a dipping sauce for the croquettes. I did not find any of the food authentic . They also automatically included a 20% gratuity for a buffet. All of that said, the staff was very professional, detail oriented, and welcoming."

"I alway love going to this place. It 's a wine /tapas restaurant in a gasoline station on SW 17th Avenue and US1 in Miami. Florida. The ambiance is alway whatever you want it to be. You can dress up or just hang with friends. Tonight we got there with no reservation. You really do need one. The place is small but they found us two chairs at the smallest bar ever. A perfect, incredible, amazing time was had by all!The waitress, Lydia, was amazing. She took time to make sure my husband understood what wine to pick (a red) and she expertly knew that a red sangria was in my future.We picked the Combinacion Meson . With cured pork loin, Serrano ham, Spanish chorizo and manchego cheese. It came with olives and candies nuts. Yum!We also picked the Albóndigas which are angus beef, pork and chorizo meatballs. The meal came with a small but delicious sour dough artisanal loaf of bread. My husband soaked up the sauce that came with the meatballs with this bread. Such a great taste. We finished with the Crema Catalan . It is just the perfect amount of sugar. For a dessert, it 's really well done. I get this every time I go there.If you have never come here, please come. It is an incredible place to experience. The bar only has four chairs (I think) but always moving and always fun."
