"I waited 17 minutes for service after being seated, and during that time, I wasn't offered water or a menu. The food was quite disappointing. I was interested in the ceviche, but the server mentioned it was pre-cut, which indicated to me that it wouldn't be fresh. This information made me lose my appetite for it. Instead, I decided to order the lomito empanadas and the pollo. Unfortunately, the chicken in the dish was mostly potatoes with just a bit of chicken, which was ridiculous and tasteless. While the presentation was nice, it certainly wasn’t worth it. The empanadas had a strange sweet flavor, coated in sugar, which was odd for a meat dish. I wouldn't say it was terrible, but it was definitely not what I was looking for, and the sugar wasn't mentioned on the menu. I also had to ask for sauce, which should have been included. The server was friendly but only checked on us once, and someone else had to bring me the check. Even though it was a slow day, the service was still lacking. I won't be returning and would not recommend this place. An 18% tip was included for service that wasn’t delivered—no thanks."
