"As usual, the service left much to be desired. The staff were rude and inattentive, seeming more interested in another group of patrons. We waited 35 minutes for our first drink, even though there were only a handful of customers in the restaurant. We were seated right in front of the kitchen, despite at least six empty tables elsewhere.
We ordered Bloody Marys, which were supposedly included in the hefty price, but they lacked alcohol and any garnish (not even celery!), and it was clear they had been made from a pre-packaged mix. Two different groups surveyed the buffet and left immediately afterward.
The final straw was when the bill arrived, showing a charge of $8 for two club sodas. I can't express how disappointing this entire experience was."
