"I hadn't eaten at Del Taco in about 12 years since I found it utterly disgusting the last time I ate there. It was the only restaurant open at 1AM, so I decided to give it another try. It was fantastic! I had a Chipotle chicken taco, snack taco and a double cheeseburger. All three items were hot, tasty and delicious. Highly recommend."

"The food was good, but the service was disappointing. The man at the window claimed that both of my cards were declined, even though I had sufficient funds. It seems like there’s an issue with their system, not with my cards. When I asked him to get his manager, he refused and just continued to be rude. My 3rd cousin tried her card, and it worked without any issue, yet he kept joking around, saying her card was declined when it was actually approved. The burritos in the fiesta pack were a bit messy, although they tasted good. Overall, you really need to fix your card reader because it caused a lot of unnecessary frustration."

"Worst Del Taco ever. Always incredibly slow even though they get plenty of business to keep more than a skeleton crew. This last visit was the worst of all time, waited 30 minutes in the drive-through line then when I got to the window my food was sitting right there yet I waited 15 minutes and they didn't even come to the window while they were taking orders and messing with the ice cream machine. Left without my food, absolutely ridiculous even for those poor underpaid employees."

"Why bother ordering ahead if you're still going to wait in a line for an hour to pick up your food? It seems that after hours, the lobby is closed, forcing everyone to queue in the drive-thru. I even tried to park and quickly grab our food at the drive-thru window, but they refused to give it to us, even though it was already ready. When I voiced my frustration about our food sitting there and getting cold, the staff member just shrugged and told me to "wait in line." This is such a frustrating corporate policy!"

"I pulled up to the drive up line at about 15—20 minutes before 11.00am, there were four cars ahead of me in line, three between the window and the ordering speaker,one ordering. "I haven’t been to Del Taco for over 10 years. We went because there was no line and the Taco Bell down the street had a long line. The food was comparable in quality but a little more expensive. Packaging (insulated paper around tacos) was high quality but it was thrown away 5 minutes later when we finished eating. Seems like a waste. The target market wants quick, inexpensive, tasty food and is less concerned about packaging."
