"For our appetizers, we tried Tamales and Choros a la Chalaca (mussels). The tamales were cooked to perfection, and even though it was our first experience with mussels, we really enjoyed them. The mussels were enhanced by toppings of onion, tomato, and lemon, which helped us appreciate their flavor despite being newcomers to the dish.
After reading positive reviews, we also decided to try the Ceviche De Pescado. It turned out to be marinated seafood rather than cooked, but to our surprise, we loved its unique, citrusy flavor. It was well-prepared, and we were pleased to have ventured out of our comfort zone with a dish that didn’t disappoint.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend trying the Peruvian specialties."
