"This is our first time visiting. Usually we try to avoid Roanoke due to the massive crowds and lack of parking. But, after finding this place, I really don 't think I care about that! First off, we found out that kids eat free here on sunday. Hugebonus! We dined here to celebrate my mother 's 70th birthday with a nice lunch. The wine was a Pinot Grigio from italy, verydecently priced. It was not a knockout, yet it was not generically sweet and went very well with the food. All of the entreeswere decently priced. The salmon entree was incredible, and the chicken Arrabiata had just enough spice. They have create yourown pizza and pasta. My wife chose to create her own pizza which was filled with very good pesto sauce, and the thin crust wasvery delicious. Had cannolo Siciliano for dessert. This most certainly was homemade, not out of a box, and extremely delicious!A very nice touch, dessert was complimentary. Honestly, I think the kids eat free options for Sunday will keep us coming backhere particularly on Sundays, as it is a nice touch although really not just down the street for a casual lunch ...it 's a goodsolid 30 minutes from Fossil Creek with no traffic. I would like the wine list to be a little broader especially with regard towhite wines. They had some pretty good red wines for us winos, but it is definitely a Kendall Jackson heavy list includingKendall Jackson 's Italian label (Tenuta Arceno) but Arceno is very well made."

"The pizza is delicious and perfectly portioned. There's nothing quite like it in the area. As for the pasta, I've tried both the carbonara and the Bolognese (I might have spelled that wrong), and they were both outstanding! For appetizers, they offer a unique tray with olives, cheese, and other items—most of which require an acquired taste—but I enjoyed almost everything. The bruschetta is amazing (and I don't even like tomatoes), and the bread it’s served on is simply delicious. When it comes to drinks, I always opt for Peroni (an Italian beer), as it's not commonly found in many places. They also have some local brews, which I appreciate. While I’ve never tried their cocktails, I did experience some warm wine served in a crock pot during one visit, and it was... interesting (in a good way). For dessert, do not miss the tiramisu—it's a must! The wait staff is consistently friendly, and I've never had to complain about the service. I always call ahead to make reservations, and I've never faced any issues. I even ordered carry-out for my birthday last year when I was stuck at my shop until 8 PM, and my mom brought me dinner from Italia, which tasted just as fresh as dining in! In summary, the owners genuinely care about their customers' experiences and feedback. They go above and beyond to ensure that you're satisfied with your food, drinks, and service, which is what matters most to me. I've seen this building change ownership three times in the last decade, and Italia has undoubtedly become a valuable dining asset to our community."

"Okay beauties here's an honest review. I'm a local, been going here forever with my fam, we love it. I come alone and sit at the bar, I come with the family, I bring visitors, this place and I go way back. The pizza and the happy hour are solid. The staff is literally the same from like 8 yrs ago, good vibes. Well they just moved locations, so of course we had to check it out. Couple of things to mention:1. Not quite the cozy spot they had.2. The sun. Omg the sun. It's like blazing through windows. Everyone was in a sun daze. It seemed to make the waiters slow down, act confused while shielding their eyes. Just wow. They need super solid shades. We drove by a week later, and I see they now installed some shades, but they look a bit dinky I mean they need to go all out here. This is literally the one thing making me think, will we ever go there again on a sunny day?? That's a tough thought. Go big on this, Settebello.3. Wait staff was def in a daze and slow and struggling while we were here recently. I mean, we've been through thick and thin, so we won't give up but it was rough. Maybe they need time to adjust to the new place (and the sunburn), but wow, we had to flag everything down.So to conclude, we love you Settebellos and we will get through this together, but leaving a review to just voice the local thoughts and to nudge you on splurging for some more legit sun shades. And maybe give the staff a talk on not gettin too comfy and stepping up the service. But ya know, we'll be back, this is a longterm relationship."
