"Came here to celebrate a family members birthday and was shocked by the lack of quality service given the high rating. We were first shocked that a restaurant with half the menu exceeding 40-50 dollars per dish needed to have half their menu covered with ads. When coming to a nice restaurant, the last thing I want thrown in my face are gun ads. But with the location, why was I surprised? When taking our order, our server first, skipped over one of our party members entirely, making us flag them back down. The same server then told us incorrect information about their soups, and when ordering, 2 of us who had ordered the soup she had incorrectly offered, broccoli cheddar soup. Instead of doing what a normal server would do in the situation of realizing their customers ordered something not actually available, she decided that she would just choose our soup for us. She passed out the soup, making no mention, and we had to wait several minutes before flagging down a different server because she had seemingly disappeared to the back. When we explained that we hadn’t been given the soup we asked for, she told us that we were the wrong ones and that only the cauliflower soup, which had meat in it, was available when she clearly stated that broccoli cheddar soup was available. And instead of offering the rectify the situation in an appropriate manner, she upcharged us for the only other soup without meat available. The steak was good? But I could get a steak just as good from Outback, and better service to top it off. If you want to have a nice quiet dinner that’s worth a 100 dollar check at the end of the night, don’t waste your time here."
