"Visited Old School for lunch on the recommendation of a co-worker and was not disappointed. Service was fast and friendly, food was delicious bar-themed food (wings, cheese steaks, sandwiches, etc. without typical bar-quality. Seemed to have great beer selection but I wasn 't drinking on my lunch break. The place is super laid back and comfortable: nice high-top tables and booths, great outdoor seating area off a courtyard. Several TVs but it doesn 't feel like a sports bar . There 's a stage in the back of the restaurant, and I will definitely come back for drinks and live music. Overall, I had a great experience with no complaints. Old School seems to offer a nice bit of variety to the bar/pub scene in Sarasota and worth a try if you 're looking for something different."
