"The food and atmosphere were fantastic, but our waiter took a long time to attend to us. We were there for nearly 2 and a half hours. Not all experiences seemed to be the same, as the table next to us received their food and drinks quite quickly. Overall, I would rate this place 4 stars for service but 5 stars for the food! It was a very enjoyable experience."

"We ate here several years ago did not have a good experience thought wed give it another try. We entered the restaurant were greeted by an unfriendly hostess. She walked us to our table extremely fast which was rather annoying. We aren 't spring chickens anymore have just each finished up with a 60+ hour work week. We are not in a race to get to our table! (No, she wasn 't busy when we came in, no the restaurant wasn 't so busy for her to act this way. The hostess never cracked a smile or made eye contact at all. Needless to say, we felt unwelcome were not feeling good about our decision to give this place another try. Our server the food made up for it however...I had an enchilada sampler and my husband had another type of sampler so we could get a good feel for the food. We will definitely visit them again!"

"Bought a promotional gift certificate from Save Big NH, $50.00 gift card for $25.00. Used it Monday night, my order was only $32.00 and they would not give a credit for the remainder even though it states right on it they will give a credit for unused amount. Server took my name and phone number for manager to call me to discuss and they never did. If I had known a credit would not have been issued I would have ordered more food or drink. They sold 60 of these gift certificates, like to see if anyone else has the same problem. We go there a lot and I will definitely not return because of this. They have $17.00 of mine. Very unprofessional."

"Good Mexican, huge portions. The thing that was most about Laredo's was the size of her parts. You were HUGE. I had the dinner sampler that had a beef taco, beef tostada, chicken burrito, chicken enchilada and Chile Relleno. I took half of it home. The mol sauce was very mild (I prefer a little more zip) and while the salsa was fresh, it was runny (I prefer it thicker). But the taste was good. The chips were very good and overall the meal was good."

I love the American dream created by the owners. they moved into this city and opened cancun. they have all el braceros in three states. but ultimately I really love the atmosphere, cozyness and comfort at cancun. a few updates would be nice as it is today the original great lunch is! good service. "This restaurant has great potential with its lovely decor and convenient location, and the food was decent. However, my experience was marred by poor service. I only saw my server three times: once to take my order, once to bring the food, and finally to bring the check. I had to ask for the check, and then I waited 15 minutes for her to return and take my payment. Eventually, I had to go up and pay myself. I could understand if the place was busy, but it was far from it. I would recommend this spot if you have extra time and hopefully have a better server, but it’s not ideal if you’re in a hurry."
