"As of 8/20/22 they are still not Dine-in, I am assuming due to Covid, despite saying so on Google. I wish I had known this before an out-of-state travel to try this place. My friend and I were both willing to excuse the Google mix-up if it hadn?t beenfor other issues. The biggest one being the horrible customer service. There was no one at the front window, but a gentlemanstanding off to the side apparently prepping online/pick-up orders. He never greeted us and when we asked about dining-in, hewas extremely rude with his response. Flatly saying that it had been this way for two years (as if we were supposed to knowthat). Well after having decided on our order, my friend and I had to ask if we could place it with him since he still hadn?tcome over to the window to assist us. Overlooking the passive-aggressive attitude, once our order was ready, we were then giventhe lovely addition that they didn?t have utensils. With a blank face?I can give you a lot of napkins. Or you can go across thestreet to ask for utensils at the corner store?. The food was good, yes. But I will never go back as long as they have employeesworking there who clearly hate their job and have no customer service skills. I understand mistakes happen, but accountability,and an ?I?m sorry for the inconvenience? would?ve gone a long way. Blossom Du?Jour is a better option if you are looking forgood vegan meals in the city without the attitude. It just sucks because I would rather support black owned."
