"I was on my way home from my girlfriend's place when I got a flat tire, and that led me to Firestone, just two blocks away from this restaurant. Her family treated me to a meal here, and I must say, the ambiance was beautiful and the service was excellent. I ordered the Nachos Tampico, and I didn’t realize how large the portion would be. It was a massive plate of nachos topped with sliced jalapeños, sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, and refried beans. Only order this if you're really hungry; otherwise, you might end up leaving some chips behind like I did. However, I enjoyed finishing all the toppings. I definitely hope to come back again!"

"El Bolero is a perfect spot for a festive cocktail and meal. We met for dinner before a concert downtown. The drinks are outstanding, finally had the famous Oilman Margarita . Its beautiful and it doesn 't disappoint. I love the queso here- it 's my favorite in Dallas, and the chips are crisp and lightly seasoned. The food is delicious- I had the vegetarian enchiladas, my friends had the burrito, barbacoa tacos and soup. The side of fried okra was delicious. Dessert was a treat- we shared 3 options. Our favorite was the caramel filled churros, followed by the fried ice cream and then the Dulce de Leche Neopolitan. The waitstaff are nice and the dinner was fun and relaxing. They are not pushing you out, and the service is a little slow. Go with time to relax and unwind!"

"The service was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Louisiana chicken and the chicken Caesar salad. However, the payment process was quite amusing. I had a $25 gift card along with $10 in cash, but they didn’t have any cash to give me change at 1 PM! I can't quite understand that. The government keeps printing money, which diminishes the dollar's value, and I've traveled through seven western states without encountering any cash shortages. After some time, I think the manager finally found a key or something to get some cash for change."

"Our first time to eat at this restaurant. It’s a decent place if you’re in the mood for Mexican food. The food is really good, the interiors are festive, the ambiance excellent, and the service fast. The staff are really courteous. Price is a bit expensive though. A glass of soda is $4.0 each. I ordered Carnitas, it cost $19.0 while my mom ordered a mix of chicken and steak fajitas which cost $21.0. Recommend this place if you’re not on a budget."

"The vibe at Haywire is always great for a fun meal with good friends. We asked to be seated away from the traffic pattern back to kitchen and restrooms and were kindly directed to a table closer to the bar. It was still noisy, but the slightly smaller table facilitated conversation. We enjoyed a double cut porkchop, a filet, chile brined chicken and ceviche as our entrees. All were tasty, and our server did a good job of guiding us through possibilities on the sides. Each of us enjoyed our starter cocktail, again with a helpful bit of guidance from our server. Always a good time."

"This is a fantastic local deli for when you're in a rush. While the outdoor area could use some sprucing up and there are a few intriguing characters around, it's still a decent spot. They offer a wide variety of food options, and you can grab a can of beer from the fridge to enjoy either inside or outside. The staff is very helpful, and they do charge for credit card payments."

"If it weren’t for an issue with the server, the experience at this Applebee’s would’ve been a 5 out of 5. Our server brought our dessert AND the check BEFORE my partner and I had even finished our entree. I took a picture because I’ve never experienced this before. Our dessert had ice cream and a hot brownie, which meant the ice cream began melting while we were still finishing our main course. And then having the check at the table when dessert arrives doesn’t quite make you feel welcomed. More so like we are being expected to leave soon. How disappointing for our Massachussets visit. Everything else like the food, prices and atmosphere were good at this restaurant. I hope all guests can be treated fairly and consistently."

"The first time we went here for a Sunday buffet, it was outstanding. This time not so much, but in their defense, it was Father’s Day. I just don’t think they anticipated the amount of traffic. I had to ask on three separate trips to the buffet for biscuits for the biscuits and gravy. They were completely out of ice cream in all three machines. There were no desserts to be found. They just couldn’t keep up with the amount of people and food. On a positive note, our waitress was extremely pleasant. They tried hard, the manager kept microphone and back what more they needed to replenish. Some items were just shut not replenished. Would I go back? Yes, just not on a holiday."

"We have been loyal customers of Herencia (and Mi Chula) for a long time and have recommended your restaurant to many others. However, during our last two visits, we've encountered an issue that concerns us. Due to COVID-19 precautions—especially since our daughter has a two-year-old and is pregnant—we specifically inquired about dining on the terrace ahead of time. Each time, we were told the terrace was open, but upon our arrival, we discovered it was actually closed. This lack of consistency has made us lose confidence in being able to enjoy the terrace at one of our favorite restaurants, especially when we've expressed our preference beforehand. "We can in for a girl's day. It took the bar tender forever make a drink. Quiet honestly I was there for 45, mins before the bar tender made my drink. And the waitress came up and told me she kept forgetting..... There were maybe four other tables in the whole restaurant. It took them almost 1 hr 30 mins to bring our food out. The food was good. It was warm, not hot but warm. I got the fiesta lime chicken and three cheese chicken penne. The pasta was perfect and cheesey and chicken was great. The last time I ate here the wait was horrible as well, and my fiesta lime chicken was Burt to a crisp. And I mean actually black, hard burnt. This time, it was cooked right but you can tell it had been sitting under the warming lamp too long. My tortilla strips were rubbery, and soggy....they out waaaayy too much of the lime sauce on top of the chicken. And as usual the rice was flavorless, dry, and rubbery. But all in all it was alright."

"The food was reasonably priced. There were a few unusual things that happened with our meal. Drinks were not refilled, the servers were talking loud enough behind the counter that they distracted several patrons. The staff seemed to get along well,but maybe too well as several tables were waiting for service, including ours. The biscuits and sausage gravy was very good.The sandwiches were great. The Italian was probably our favorite. The menu promised ?kettle chips? but we were servedmarcelled. The atmosphere was pleasant. "We have been coming to Jalapeños for a few years now and had nothing but good things to say about the food, service, and experience. Since January of this year we have had very poor service every visit. First, we went for a birthday lunch with my elderly grandmother, we waited about an hour for a table, then at least 30 minutes until we had anyone come to our table, and did not return to check in on us or provide our bill to pay. Very out of character from what we’d experienced previously. Next, when picking up an order they left out majority of our food and then when we came back the front hosts argued that it was correct even when showing our receipt. Then recently, when picking up an order with an expected 20 minute wait time, we waited an additional 50 minutes on top of that. The hosts and team had their backs turned talking to each other and not helping guests. The team would walk back and “look for the order” for a few minutes, then come back to the stand and turn their backs. I’m not sure if someone took over as new management, but we seem to have lost the Jalapeños we knew and loved. The staff prior to the new year were just incredible and went above and beyond and lately we’ve only had the opposite. Food is still good but the service has been very poor. Again, not at all what we’d like experienced prior to January and we’re disappointed to have lost what was once a hidden gem."

"They still offer all-you-can-eat boneless wings, and I'm so glad I didn’t miss out on that experience. My friend and I tapped out after our third serving. The first plate included seven boneless wings, and the subsequent servings came with four each. I tried the Garlic Parmesan first (which I found to be soggy and overly greasy), then the Buffalo (tasted like Red Hot sauce), and finally the Asian Chili (which I really disliked—it reminded me of some carry-out beef dish whose name I can’t recall, but I just don’t like that flavor). The Buffalo wings were definitely the best. The fries were good too—not soggy at all and nicely crisp. The coleslaw only came with the first plate, and I would have preferred that over the ranch, which had a flavor reminiscent of blue cheese, for some reason. Lastly, we used the restrooms, and while there was a bit of mess, they were mostly clean and smelled really nice—like a whole bunch of raspberries. I don't usually eat at Applebee's (maybe once a year), but I think I could see myself coming back to this location next year."

"Hello there I wish to share a concern As a long time customer of this franchise in Davison Mi. Over 25 years now . Twice in the last month when asked By the same 2 gentlemen at the front door where we would like to sit i stated booth not by the window as its cold and drafty by the window -8f outside and hardly any heat in the window section And both times we Were placed by the window. The first time I blew it off tonight when one of the same young gentleman took me over to the same exact spot same booth by the window. I looked at him and pointed to the half empty seating in the center of the restaurant and said no id like to sit there he stated/ We have no servers for that area ,really because there's 2 servers there now serving 3 tables Ok whatever with in 10 minutes of being placed at the cold window seating I look over and he seats 3 more tables where I wanted to sit . At this point I'm fuming and almost walked out but to salvage my night out with my wife . I let it go . I am at a loss as to why your door greeters or whatever there title is have zero clue what customer service is about . When asked where to sit when I state booth not by the window I expect to be seated not by the window and not lied to about why I cannot sit where clearly there are open tables and plenty of available servers . This is not even during the busy rush of prime dinner time . Clearly the Davison Mi. Store Greeters Need training in customer service or customer relations . The servers cooks on the other hand all do an outstanding job . But you need to address the two Young gentlemen that greet you at the door and take you to your seating. Until this lack of customer service is addressed I will not be returning to Applebee's to spend my hard earned money to sit in a freezing booth near the window .When on both occasions I requested not to be placed there ."
