"My husband and I have eaten here multiple times. Each time we hoped the service would get better. It hasn’t. The food is wonderful and prices are fair but the service is TERRIBLE. Last night, during the town Christmas parade, we went into the Coffee Bar to get a cup of coffee. 20 minutes after we ordered we were still waiting for coffee. After asking 2 employees what the problem was, the manager finally got our coffee. The manager, who I later received a Facebook message from, was very rude and unprofessional. She said she was “certain” we didn’t wait that long because she filled our order. However, she came in to work after we’d been there waiting for a while, so she couldn’t have been “certain” of anything. Because the service is so bad when dining in: takes forever to get menus, place an order, never get refills on drinks, waitresses ask us to pay while we’re eating our meal, waitresses are rude, etc., we had decided for our future orders we would call in, go pick up our food and eat at home. However, after the manager, Lauren, was so very rude to me we’ve decided to support other local restaurants instead of this one."
