"First of all, this might be the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever visited. Usually, I wouldn’t pay much attention to that, but since it’s located inside a car wash, it adds to its charm. There’s a sign at the car wash indicating that the taqueria is inside, but once you enter, you wouldn’t immediately notice it. You have to walk through the car wash lobby to reach the back of the restaurant. This is probably my favorite taqueria. The food is well-seasoned and the portions are generous, with the Cubana torta ranking among my favorites in the city— all at a reasonable price for this area. The chorizo nachos are another highlight, featuring an excellent topping-to-chip ratio with fresh chips. I also really enjoy the al pastor taco. It’s conveniently located off the GCP and near the airport, so I often stop by on my way to Long Island from Queens, as long as traffic isn’t too bad."
