"I really wanted to give this place a 5, but the four of us went for Miami Spice and some of the portions made me think that they could be props for a comedy show spoofing fine dinning restaurants with micro portions on big plates. The Angus burger wascovered by pita discs that were the size of an IHOP silver dollar. I could have but the 4 tiny morsels of membrillo andmanchego on a tablespoon without piling on. I wanted to give it a 5 because the service was charming, the food was tasty, and Iwant young talented chefs to succeed. Miami Spice gives you a stage and brings diners who would not have otherwise visited. Those diners can become missionaries. Don't let them leave hungry. We have already recommended Pao at the Faena 5 times sincedining there last Saturday. Too bad Pairings has not been mentioned until this review."
