"I have to give this restaurant 3 stars. Initially, I was leaning towards 2 stars or less, but I decided to bump it up because of the friendly young lady at the register. My brother and I were seated at a table right by the entrance, despite requesting to sit in the back. We were told that area was reserved for larger parties, although we later noticed two girls who arrived after us seated there. Our order arrived in about 15 minutes, but our food took much longer to come out. We arrived at 12:30 p.m. but didn't get our meals until 1:40. Despite inquiring about our food three times, we saw other tables receiving their orders before us. When we asked why, we were told that some dishes take longer to prepare. The table next to us, a group of six, received their food within 30 minutes. Throughout our wait, no one checked in on us or provided updates. When our lunch finally arrived, we were ready to pay for our lattes and leave, but the staff apologized and offered a discount. The food was good, but the service was lacking. I'm unsure if I'll return in the near future."
