"I absolutely adore this cozy neighborhood restaurant. It was one of the first high-quality tapas bars to open in the Ballard area. While it may not be the ideal spot for a full dinner, it is perfect for enjoying a quiet drink and delicious small bites before or after a meal. "Dinner here this week. In a strip shopping center and sometimes that can be a bit alarming from a variety of levels. That wasn’t the case here as the décor and layout was arranged so that you could tell it had possibly been another type of restaurant but they did try and change it a bit to give a more upscale setting. But who eats somewhere because its pretty. The food has to shine. Not sure if I was a bit finicky or the food just wasn’t inspiring or a combination of both. I saw a bunch of other sushi dishes that were truly great looking. People ate them and were expressing favorable taste. Mine wasn’t the case. I had a very unimpressive dish of Pad Thai chicken. (Pictured) Not anything bad but certainly not on par with other places in the area. If bland is possible adjective for this I would go there. The bright spot was the Nigiri sushi that I had as an appetizer. Vey good , very well done and simply melt in your mouth good. I jumped into that right away and with only 1 piece left said….Wow..yuo forgot to take a pic! I will probably go back in the future just to try a more in line dish."

"The place is amazing, the food is delicious, and everyone is nice. We got the special that's a large pizza, coke, and those sweet doughs (forgot their name) for all $17. It could feed about three to four people! Delicious!Wheelchair accessibility: Not really accessible, they have a karaoke thing upstairs and I think there's only stairs. However, I fortunately don't have anyone with a disability that requires a wheelchair."

"Majorca is a relatively new restaurant serving mediterranean fare- but in particular tapas. The food is very good, the service is earnest but needs some work. It 's great fun to be able to sample several different dishes and share with the entire table. though I 'd suggest to the restaurant that serving some dishes that are clearly portioned such as albondigas as 3 pieces makes it awkward to share for the typical table of 2 or 4 people."
